Looks like it is under new ownership as Ox Tail and the Banh Mi, Fried Dumplings are absolutely amazing. Pho broth is also very savory!

The food was decent, but that's all that was good about the place. We ordered banh mi and she (owner?) said it was a 15 wait. After payment she said that they didn't even have the bread in the shop yet. Turns out to be an hour wait. She's rude and mean to her staff.

Stopped for a bubble tea, the person at the counter was on her phone the whole time. She said they had no more boba so we ordered just tea with coconut milk. She didn't say anything and walked outside on her phone. When we stepped outside she turned her back and walked away. Probably the worst service I've ever experienced.
